Physical and Chemical Properties | Red powder. The solubility in water (20 °c) was 60g/L and (50 °c) was 100g/L. The aqueous solution was red, with 1mol/L sodium hydroxide still in red, followed by the addition of sodium hydrosulfite and warm to light yellow, plus sodium perborate can not return to the original color. Red in concentrated sulfuric acid, diluted to red, and slightly precipitated; Red in concentrated nitric acid, diluted to red; Red in dilute hydrochloric acid. |

Use | reactive brilliant red K-2BP is used for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber and direct printing of fabric, also used for silk, printing of wool fabrics and dyeing of vinylon fabrics. The color light is slightly yellow than reactive brilliant red X-3B, which is not bright enough, but it is not easy to break the bond and fade. It can be combined with reactive brilliant orange K-G or reactive brilliant orange K-7R, and can be used for direct printing of cotton blended fabric. The two-bath dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabrics can be combined with reactive bright yellow K-4G, reactive brilliant orange K-GN, reactive brilliant red K-2G and reactive brilliant blue K-GR in medium and deep color. |
production method | with O-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, H acid, cyanuric chloride and O-chloroaniline as raw materials, firstly, the H acid and cyanuric chloride were condensed, then the O-aminobenzene sulfonic acid is diazotized and coupled with the aforementioned condensate, and finally the coupled product is subjected to a second condensation with O-chloroaniline, salting out, filtering and drying to obtain a finished product. 17.91kg cyanuric chloride () was condensed with H acid () at 0-5 °c for 3H to obtain intermediate product (I). After diazotization with 8.65kg of anthranilic acid, an intermediate product (II) is obtained by coupling with (I) at 0-5 °c. Finally, (II) was reacted with 7.019kg of O-chloroaniline (100 ° C.) at a temperature of 42 ° C. For 3H, and then pressure-filtered and dried to obtain about 35kg of dye. |
